How to measure custom jacket size using one of your existing jackets?

Take one of your existing jackets which fits your reasonably well. Add or subtract inches based on how you want your custom jacket to be stitched.

CHEST: Lay jacket on the floor and take the straight distance between the armpits, the widest part of the jacket. See image.

BOTTOM: Lay jacket on the floor and take the straight distance from the bottom of the jacket. See image.

SLEEVES: Take the measurement from the seem of the shoulder straight to the end of sleeve. See image.

SHOULDER: Lay jacket on the floor and take the straight line distance between the two seem of the shoulders. See image.

LENGTH: Lay jacket on the floor take straight measurement from the bottom of the collar join to the bottom of the jacket. See image.
